Dr. Marcus joined Silver Spring Pediatrics in June 2016.  She graduated from Spelman College with a degree in Biology.  Dr. Marcus received her medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine and earned pediatric departmental honors.  Dr. Marcus completed her pediatric internship at Emory University and her pediatric residency at Johns Hopkins University, finishing in 2008.

She and her family live in Silver Spring.  Dr. Marcus enjoys Friday night movie night with her family, listening to 1960s and 1970s soul and jazz music, reading poetry, and taking scenic road trips with family and friends.
